What a complete pulp molding production line includes

A complete Besure pulp molding production line is built from five core systems working together — the forming machine is the heart of the line, but it is only one part of the full setup:

  1. Pulping system — hydrapulper, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, consistency controller, and control cabinet. The choice of raw material affects final quality; see our guide to pulp molding raw materials.
  2. Forming system (main machine) — where the product is shaped. The internal process depends on the product and molding type: wet-press lines (tableware, cups & cup lids, fine-art packaging) run forming → hot pressing → trimming → stacking; dry-press lines (egg cartons, egg trays, industrial packaging, medical containers) run forming → drying, with hot pressing added only when a smoother finish is needed.
  3. Vacuum system — provides the vacuum the main machine needs when forming and transferring the product.
  4. Air compressor system — supplies compressed air for transferring the product during production.
  5. High-pressure water system — delivers high-pressure water to clean the main machine’s molds.
