Fully Automatic Molded Fiber Tableware Production Line
The molded fiber tableware production line is composed of five core systems — a pulping system, the main forming machine, a vacuum system, a high-pressure water system, and an air compressor system — and is used to produce disposable pulp molded tableware such as plates, bowls, trays, and clamshell food containers.
This is a wet-press production line. It uses sugarcane (bagasse), bamboo, wood, reed, or straw pulp board as raw material. The pulp is prepared to the right consistency through crushing, refining, and adding functional additives, then vacuum-formed onto precision metal molds to create wet blanks. Inside the main machine, forming, hot pressing, trimming, and stacking are completed continuously in one integrated process — no manual transfer required.
Energy efficient
product transferred by motor-driven screen frame, no vacuum adsorption transfer needed.
Scalable capacity
each main machine delivers about 1 ton per day. Start with one machine and expand by adding more as your business grows (e.g. 4 machines for around 4 tons/day) — no need to redesign the line.
Integrated main machine
forming, hot pressing, trimming and stacking in one continuous process, saving floor space, labor, and power.
High product quality
screen-frame transfer keeps products free from process holes and black spots.
Easy Maintenance
pneumatic and servo drive system; routine maintenance by regular technicians.

Forming, hot pressing, trimming and stacking are completed continuously in one machine.

What is the daily output of the molded fiber tableware production line?
A single main machine produces about 1 ton of molded tableware per day. Capacity is fully scalable — for higher output, simply add more machines (for example, 4 machines for around 4 tons per day), configured to your production target.
What raw materials does it use?
Sugarcane (bagasse), bamboo, wood, reed, or straw pulp board — all recyclable and biodegradable.
Is it a wet-press or dry-press line?
It is a wet-press line, ideal for tableware with smooth surfaces: forming → hot pressing → trimming → stacking, integrated in one machine.
How much does a molded fiber tableware production line cost?
Price depends on capacity and configuration. Contact Besure for a tailored quotation — price on request.
Advanced Automation
The entire production process is seamlessly automated, ensuring streamlined operations from start to finish.
Versatility in Product Design
