
Full Automatic Molded Fiber cup lid production line
A production line for creating disposable pulp molded cup lids integrates several key components: a pulp processing unit, a primary machine, a vacuum mechanism, a high-pressure water system, and an air compression system. This assembly efficiently manufactures single-use lids for molded pulp cups.
- The production speed is fast, each cycle of ordinary products is 35~45s, and the daily output is 300~500kg, about 100,000 pieces.
- The whole machine adopts cam and linkage mechanism and is driven by servo motor to ensure operation accuracy.
- The pipeline is scientifically designed to make the air distribution more even, and each template adopts an independent blowing pressure adjustment mechanism.
- The whole machine adopts a frame structure to increase the overall rigidity of the machine, and reasonable material distribution controls the total host weight below 15t.
- The power system adopts an energy-saving design. Although the total driving power is high, the motor is inactive most of the time.
The pressure holding pressure is all achieved by mechanical self-locking, and no energy is wasted during the pressure holding time. - The entire machine adopts a servo mechanical structure, without pollution caused by leakage of the hydraulic system. It is clean and safe. All moving positions are fully covered and equipped with sensors to ensure safe operation.
