Common pulp molding production line types

Common Pulp Molding Production Line Types

1. Ordinary Paper Mold Production Line

The most common standard paper mold product production line can produce a variety of food trays such as egg trays, strawberry trays, etc. The dryer is tens of meters long and has 4 to 5 drying boxes. The temperature within each container can be regulated and increased using a gas burner. The molding machine uses vacuum to filter the slurry from the pulp tank to the mesh surface of the molding drum, and the desorbed water is discharged through the metal mesh and sent to the white water tank. The formed wet paper mold is sucked to the upper extrusion part by the convex rod extending from the transfer roller, and pressurized by the piston. After extrusion, the transfer roller rotates. The wet paper mold is transferred to the dryer by compressed air for drying.

2. Egg Tray Production Line

The molding drum is a polyhedron with several concave surfaces on each side. The pulp is sucked from the pulp tank to the concave mold of the molding drum. The arm under the concave mold on the molding drum extends out. When it contacts the convex mold on the transfer roller, the wet paper mold is sucked by vacuum on the convex surface and pressed by the combined spring on the concave surface, and then transferred to the drying box. The paper mold flips in the drying oven and falls due to drying shrinkage. Then it moves to the No. 2 transfer roller, falls into the groove on the convex edge of the roller under the action of the combined spring, and is clamped by the conveyor belt for operation. It is heated and pressurized between the heated concave and convex molds. The machine is equipped with printing, stacking, counting and packaging (packaging) mechanisms. It is a paper mold processing equipment that combines a molding machine with a printing machine.

3. Vertical Production Line

This production line is named because it uses a vertical drying oven. The metal mesh on its molding roller absorbs the slurry from the slurry tank. The punch at the end of the pressure arm (acted by the crank) sucks the wet paper mold on the molding roller and moves it. At the same time, the pressure arm rotates 180° and puts the wet paper mold on one side of the conveyor belt. The wet paper mold is sent to the drying oven by the conveyor belt. A receiving rod is installed on the chain of the drying oven, and multiple receivers are installed on the rod to receive the wet paper mold and rotate with the conveyor belt. Drying is heated by open flame combustion. This type of molding machine is suitable for installation in a workshop with a narrow building to produce paper mold products with a single shape.

4. Beloite Production Line

The main feature of this machine is that it uses in-machine drying, and the paper mold products are slightly deformed. The Beloite production line has a small footprint and a low price, but it consumes more metal molds. The net is easy to get dirty, and the net surface needs to be sprayed with high-pressure water.
